How to use 5 to 10 ml per litre of drinking water per day. Cest Pharma suggests matching the dose to the distance: 2–3 ml/L for middle distance, 3–4 ml/L for long distance, 4–5 ml/L for marathon, and 10 ml/L before and after a race. Store below 25°C, out of the sun.
